Product Description:
Used in the treatment of certain hematologic malignancies, particularly cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), including Sézary syndrome. It targets the KIR3DL2 receptor, which is overexpressed on malignant T-cells in these conditions, enabling immune-mediated destruction of cancer cells through mechanisms such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Its specificity for KIR3DL2 allows for targeted therapy with potential efficacy in patients who have relapsed or are refractory to conventional treatments. Currently investigated in clinical trials to evaluate its therapeutic benefits and safety profile in chronic lymphoproliferative disorders.
