Product Description:
Used in targeted cancer immunotherapy, particularly for hematological malignancies such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Binds selectively to CD70 (CD27 ligand), which is overexpressed on certain tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating immune cells, enabling immune-mediated destruction through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Also explored in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) platforms, where it delivers cytotoxic agents directly to CD70-expressing cancer cells, minimizing damage to healthy tissues. Investigated for potential in autoimmune disease modulation by depleting CD70-positive pathogenic immune cells.
