Product Description:
Used in electronic ceramics, particularly in multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) due to its high dielectric constant and tunable properties with temperature. Common in thermistors and varistors for temperature and voltage regulation. Applied in piezoelectric devices such as sensors, actuators, and transducers because of its ferroelectric behavior. Also investigated for use in dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) capacitors and other semiconductor devices. Shows promise in microwave components and tunable RF devices owing to its low dielectric loss and high permittivity at microwave frequencies.
