Product Description:
Used primarily in the formulation of pressure-sensitive adhesives, especially in tapes and labels, due to its excellent tack and adhesion properties. Its rigid molecular structure contributes to good cohesive strength and thermal stability in adhesive systems. Commonly copolymerized with other acrylates to tailor the glass transition temperature and improve performance in demanding environments. Also found in some specialty coatings and printing inks where durability and quick curing are required. Its low volatility and reactivity make it suitable for UV-curable formulations used in industrial coatings and electronics.
