Hemisqualane (C13-15 Alkane) Gel Suitable as a base for a variety of formulas, for example Make-up, Oil Gel, Massage Gel, Lip Balm or skin care.

Emulsifier type Oil in Water is a binder for water and oil in a formula to be compatible with each other. It has an HLB value in the range of 10 - 12.
