Product Description:
Used as a solid lubricant in high-temperature and vacuum environments where traditional lubricants fail. Effective in aerospace and defense applications due to its stability under extreme conditions. Investigated for use in lithium-ion batteries as an electrode material because of its layered structure that allows ion intercalation. Applied in electrocatalysis, particularly for hydrogen evolution reactions, owing to its good electrical conductivity and catalytic activity. Also explored in nanoelectronics and optoelectronic devices due to semiconductor properties when in thin-film or monolayer form.
