Product Description:
Used as a catalyst in the production of synthetic fibers and plastics, particularly in silicone polymer synthesis. Employed in the manufacture of smoke screens and fog machines due to its reaction with air moisture to form dense white fumes. Applied in surface treatment of glass and metals to improve adhesion and corrosion resistance. Utilized in the electronics industry for depositing thin films of tin oxide through chemical vapor deposition. Also serves as a precursor in the synthesis of organotin compounds used as biocides and stabilizers in PVC.
