description Product Description

Used as a dietary calcium supplement to support bone health and treat calcium deficiency. Commonly used as an antacid to relieve heartburn, acid indigestion, and upset stomach by neutralizing excess stomach acid. Serves as a filler in pharmaceutical tablets to provide bulk and aid in manufacturing. Added to toothpaste as a mild abrasive to help remove dental plaque and surface stains. Used in paper production to improve brightness, smoothness, and printability of the final product. Acts as a white pigment and extender in paints, coatings, and plastics to enhance opacity and reduce cost. Employed in construction as a component of cement, mortar, and concrete to improve strength and durability. Utilized in agriculture to neutralize acidic soils and supply calcium for plant growth. Functions as a pH regulator in water treatment to control acidity and prevent pipe corrosion. Used in the manufacturing of glass, where it contributes calcium oxide to the glass formulation.
