Product Description:
Used primarily as a blowing agent in the production of polyurethane foam insulation for refrigerators and buildings, cyclopentane helps create closed-cell foam with excellent thermal insulation properties. It replaced ozone-depleting substances like CFCs and HCFCs due to its zero ozone depletion potential. Its low global warming potential also makes it environmentally favorable compared to other alternatives.
