Product Description:
Used as a chromogenic agent in clinical and microbiological testing to detect and differentiate bacterial species based on their enzymatic activity. The solution helps identify organisms that produce specific enzymes like esterases or glycosidases, which react with the substrate to produce a visible color change. Commonly applied in culture media for rapid identification of pathogens in stool, blood, and environmental samples. Also utilized in quality control testing in pharmaceutical and food industries to verify microbial contamination and validate sterilization processes. Its color-developing property enhances the accuracy and speed of microbial diagnosis without requiring complex instrumentation.
