Oat Peptides: Stimulates skin fibroblast synthesis, affects collagen, elastin synthesis.
Warning: Oatmeal powder contains dark colored powder. when mixed in any formulation will find that there is a dark powder which comes from the husks of natural oats
Use: for hypoallergenic products skin irritation
Mixing method: Disperse in water, use heat from 70-80 degrees to help disperse well. does not clump not grainy in the formula, The formula needs to be added with enough preservatives. to control infection In case of production for sale, please do a challenge test before selling.
