Anti-inflammation By measuring IL-1β and TNF-a levels:
Chlorogenic acid treatment significantly reduced the levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β and TNF-a. compared to the positive control group (Fibroblast cells induced by UV rays)
Anti-oxidation By measuring ROS levels:
Chlorogenic acid reduces the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in UV-induced fibroblasts. which indicates antioxidant properties.
Cell Proliferation Degree of cell death:
Chlorogenic acid increases the number of living cells and reduces apoptosis, necrosis, and apoptosis in UV-exposed cells.
Skin Repairing by measuring COL-3 gene expression:
Chlorogenic acid significantly increased COL-3 gene expression. which is related to the thickness of the tendon This indicates the repair effects that may occur with age.

Mixing method: Dissolve in water, avoid heat.
