This product is a flavoring ingredient only. Sweetness, acidity, color, mouthfeel, and final taste balance should be adjusted separately with the appropriate sweetener, acidulant, base, or other formula components.
Usage: Use in formulas that need aroma or flavor direction, including beverages, syrups, gels, confectionery, fillings, and compatible oral-use cosmetic products.
Mixing method: Add into the water phase or compatible flavor phase with mixing. For heated processes, add as late as practical and verify aroma retention in the finished product.
Usage rate: 0.01-5% depending on the required aroma and flavor intensity.
Product characteristics: Light-colored liquid flavor.
Solubility: Water soluble and compatible with many water/oil flavor systems due to the propylene glycol base.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool place away from heat and direct light. Refrigerated storage is preferred for long-term storage.
