Oil Soap™ WW-CF is an oil soap-making agent for dry, sensitive skin. It produces clear oil soap with normal foam levels without the need for water in the formula. It can adjust the pH to 5.5.
Equivalent to Plantapon WW-CF
Liquid soap made from Oil Soap™ when in contact with Water will turn into milk.
Special features of Oil Soap™:
-It is possible to create oil soap with a high proportion of oil, resulting in a gentle liquid soap that moisturizes the skin well. The oil used can be any type of oil, such as natural oil ( Olive oil , Coconut oil , Jojoba oil ) or oster oil ( LipidSoft Palm , any type of LipidSoft ).
-Can produce normal foam, not lower than general soap. Normally, if there is a lot of oil in the formula, the foam will disappear.
-Provides a clear formula that is not cloudy like general liquid soap formulas, which when there is oil in the formula will make the formula cloudy.
- pH level can be adjusted to 5.5 for gentleness on the skin while maintaining the same clear formula (please see pH adjustment steps below)
About MIPA-Laureth Sulfate:
A mild anionic surfactant produced from palm oil, developed from Laureth Sulfate, which is normally harsh/irritating to the skin. Its purpose is to be a highly gentle detergent, suitable for dry skin, as it is derived from palm oil, and can produce as much foam as general detergents, but does not irritate the skin. It can also be mixed with oil in a high ratio.
Example formula
50% natural oil
Laureth-4 10%
Oil Soap™ WW-CF 40%
The formula can be added with perfume or essential oil as usual.
Usage: For facial or bath products used for sensitive and delicate skin.
How to mix: Mix with oil in the formula.
Usage rate: 15-70% (recommended 40%)
Product characteristics: Liquid pH approximately 7.0
Solubility: Soluble in oil.
Storage: For long-term storage, store at room temperature, avoid sunlight and heat, and seal the lid tightly.
INCI Name : MIPA-Laureth Sulfate (and) Laureth-4 (and) Propylene Glycol
