description Product Description

Used as a catalyst in the petroleum and chemical industries, particularly in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis for converting syngas into liquid hydrocarbons. Acts as a precursor for producing other cobalt salts and compounds used in electroplating and pigments. Employed in the manufacture of cobalt-based drying agents for paints, inks, and coatings due to its ability to accelerate oxidation of drying oils. Utilized in the production of lithium-ion battery materials as a source of cobalt. Also applied in ceramics and glass to impart blue to green coloration. Used in animal feed and fertilizers as a cobalt supplement to support vitamin B12 synthesis in ruminants and correct cobalt deficiency in soil.
