Product Description:
Used primarily as an anticonvulsant in the treatment of epilepsy, particularly for partial seizures in adults. It is also utilized as an adjunctive therapy in managing seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Beyond epilepsy, zonisamide has shown efficacy in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease-related motor fluctuations and dyskinesia. It is sometimes prescribed off-label for migraine prophylaxis and has been explored for use in bipolar disorder and weight management due to its appetite-suppressing effects.
