Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, all products are custom-made to match each customer's order quantity and other specifications. Once payment has been made, an order cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. Please make sure your order details are correct and that the product lead time is acceptable before submitting your order.

We accept returns and refunds only if the test results show that a product does not match its description or specifications. The customer must provide the complete test procedure demonstrating the mismatch. We will then test retained stock from the same batch to verify the claim. Any refund will be reviewed and approved based on the actual test results from both parties.
