The formula combines organic UV filters with humectants, niacinamide, dimethicone, fatty emulsifiers, sodium hyaluronate, ceramides, cholesterol, and phytosphingosine. This makes it suitable for AM facial care where a light moisturising feel, daily protection, and barrier-support positioning are required.

This is a finished base product. Use it as supplied, or customize only at very low levels after verifying sunscreen film uniformity, SPF/UVA performance, preservative robustness, viscosity, and emulsion stability.

Product Description: This AM moisturising lotion is designed as a ready-to-use facial base for daily skincare routines. Homosalate, Octocrylene, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, and Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane provide the UV-filter system; Octocrylene also supports photostability of the UVA filter. Glycerin and Sodium Hyaluronate support water binding, while Niacinamide, Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOP, Cholesterol, and Phytosphingosine support a barrier-care positioning. Dimethicone, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, and PEG-100 Stearate help spreadability, film formation, and lotion body.

Mixing method:

- Use directly as supplied. For sunscreen-containing finished bases, avoid routine dilution because SPF and UVA performance depend on film uniformity and active-filter concentration.

- If customization is required, keep additions within the remaining 0-2% range and use only compatible, low-electrolyte, low-solvent materials that do not destabilize the emulsion or UV-filter film.

- Re-check pH, viscosity, phase stability, preservative performance, SPF/UVA performance, odor, color, and packaging compatibility after any modification.

Usage rate: 98-100%

Product characteristics: White to off-white lotion/cream; fragrance-free; non-greasy moisturising feel.

Solubility: Finished oil-in-water emulsion; dispersible in cream/lotion systems only after compatibility testing. Not intended to be dissolved or heavily diluted.
