Methional (FEMA-2747) delivers a distinctive sulfurous, cooked-potato/meaty note with warm aldehydic lift. In traces it adds realism and savory warmth to gourmand, tobacco and floral (jasmine) accords, and boosts roasted/cereal facets. Extremely potent—evaluate at 0.1% or lower.
