Shoyu Pyrazine delivers a characteristic soy‑sauce/umami, fermented‑savory and lightly caramelized roast note. In tiny amounts it gives savory depth to meaty, seafood, roasted nut and teriyaki/soy accords; blends well with pyrazines, sulfur notes and caramel facets.
