Cellulase (11,000 U/mL) - Brewing
Cellulase (11,000 U/mL) - Brewing is a liquid enzyme preparation for brewing and fermentation processing. It helps hydrolyze cellulose and related plant polysaccharide structures, supporting viscosity reduction, mash/liquid handling, separation and filtration performance in suitable brewing or fermentation systems.
This product is intended as an industrial food-processing aid, not as a dietary supplement ingredient.
