Product Description:
Used as a selective herbicide in agriculture, particularly in corn (maize) crops. It controls a broad spectrum of broadleaf and some grass weeds by inhibiting the enzyme HPPD (4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase), which is essential for plant pigment synthesis. This disruption leads to chlorophyll degradation and plant death, especially in young weeds. Applied pre-emergence or early post-emergence, it provides residual soil activity, offering extended weed control.
