Product Description:
Used as a lubricant and release agent in plastics processing, especially in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polystyrene. Provides excellent mold release properties and improves product surface finish. Common in injection molding and extrusion processes. Also acts as a slip additive in films, reducing friction between layers. Used in rubber processing to prevent sticking and enhance flow. Functions as a nucleating agent in some polymers, promoting uniform crystallization. Widely applied in the production of cables, pipes, and automotive parts. Effective in masterbatches and color concentrates to improve dispersion and processing efficiency.
