Usage: Use as a thickener to make the product more viscous and as a conditioner for softening hair.

Mixing method: Add water gradually in small amounts. and stir continuously until dissolved It takes about 15 minutes for complete dissolution, pH must be lower than 7.0 (If the product has a pH higher than 7.0, Citric Acid or Lactic Acid must be added to adjust the pH lower than 7.0)

Usage rate: 0.1-1.0% (recommended starting at 0.15%)
