Ethanolamine Thioglycolate is used to act as perm (perm), it is gentler than other types of Thio-irritating to the scalp. And damage to the hair structure less than other types of Thio- such as Ammonium Thioglycolate.

8.Ammonium Bicarbonate 1.9%

9. Butylene Glycol 0.1%

10. Mild Preserved Eco 1%

11. Water the rest to complete 100%.
