ReadyMix Beige Iron Oxides is a ready-dispersed beige iron oxide concentrate designed for complexion makeup systems that need fast shade adjustment, consistent undertone control, and easier pigment handling than dry iron oxides.

The blend combines yellow, red, and black iron oxides in a pre-wet dispersion format so formulators can build beige and nude tones with lower agglomeration risk and more reproducible color development during scale-up.

This format is especially suitable when the target system is silicone- or oil-continuous, including liquid foundation, concealer, tinted sunscreen, cream makeup, and anhydrous complexion products where uniform color payoff and clean rub-out are important.

Product Description: ReadyMix Beige Iron Oxides is supplied as a thick beige paste / viscous dispersion for use as a colorant concentrate rather than a treatment active. It is intended to simplify beige shade creation, warm-tone adjustment, and batch-to-batch shade matching in W/Si, W/O, anhydrous, and other oil- or silicone-based cosmetic systems. Because the pigments are pre-dispersed, the material can reduce dispersion time at the finished-product stage and improve uniformity compared with direct addition of dry oxides.

Usage: Suitable for liquid foundation, cream foundation, concealer, tinted sunscreen, BB/CC-type complexion products, cream makeup, anhydrous sticks/balms, and shade-correction concentrates for beige or warm skin-tone systems.

Mixing method:

- Add to the oil phase or silicone phase before emulsification when building W/Si, W/O, or anhydrous systems.

- For shade adjustment of an existing bulk, post-add gradually under moderate shear until the tone is fully uniform, then re-check after deaeration or overnight equilibration.

- Avoid introducing water directly into the concentrate container, and avoid unnecessary prolonged high heat; confirm final shade, viscosity, and physical stability in the finished formula.

Usage rate: 0.1-10%

Lower levels are suitable for undertone correction and minor beige adjustment, while higher levels are used when the dispersion contributes a larger share of the finished pigment package and higher coverage is required.

Product characteristics: Thick beige paste / viscous dispersion with low odor.

Solubility: Insoluble in water; designed to disperse in silicone and oil-based systems.

Storage: Store tightly closed at room temperature, protected from contamination, excessive heat, and direct sunlight. Mix before use if slight settling appears during storage.
