Product Description:
Widely used as a white pigment in paints, coatings, and plastics due to its high opacity and brightness. Provides excellent UV resistance and durability in exterior applications. Commonly found in architectural paints, industrial coatings, and automotive finishes.
Used in the production of sunscreen and cosmetics for its ability to block ultraviolet light without penetrating the skin, making it a safe and effective physical sunscreen agent.
Added to food products as a coloring agent (E171) to enhance whiteness or brightness, especially in confectionery, sauces, and dressings. Also used in pharmaceuticals as a coating agent for tablets and capsules.
Employed in the manufacturing of photocatalytic materials, where it helps break down organic pollutants under UV light, used in self-cleaning surfaces, air purification systems, and antibacterial coatings.
Used in some types of printing inks, paper, and textiles to improve whiteness, opacity, and printability.
