Use: It is a water to oil and silicone binder. It can be used in all formulations.
How to mix: Mix in the silicone together, then add water to the water part gradually into the silicone part (if there is oil, mix the oil into the silicone part together first and then mix the water part together). on
Utilization rate: 0.5-3% (higher consumption may cause the formula to become liquid)
