Permulen EZ-4U is a high‑efficiency polymeric emulsifier and rheology modifier designed to build stable, elegant oil‑in‑water emulsions with excellent electrolyte tolerance.

It disperses easily in cold water and thickens quickly upon neutralization, enabling cold‑process manufacturing and shortening batching time. The polymer provides creamy, shear‑thinning textures with good suspension of oils and actives.

Compared with conventional carbomers, Permulen EZ‑4U offers easier neutralization and robust viscosity in the presence of salts and charged actives, making it suitable for a broad range of skin‑care formulations.

How to mix:

- Disperse in water under moderate agitation.
