Film‑forming copolymer emulsion for color cosmetics; improves durability, transfer and water resistance. Use 5–70%.
Syntran 5760CG is a film‑forming copolymer emulsion engineered for color cosmetic systems where durability, transfer resistance and water resistance are required.
Using a proprietary polymerization with selected functional groups by Zschimmer & Schwarz Interpolymer, the polymer network improves adhesion and cohesion on keratinous surfaces, enhances pigment binding/dispersion, and contributes gloss and flexible wear.
It is used globally across mascaras, eyeliners, eye shadows and foundation emulsions/solutions. Typical use levels range from 5–70% depending on system and target film properties.

Product Description: Film‑forming polymer building cohesive, flexible films to anchor pigments and improve transfer/water resistance. The latex structure aids dispersion and contributes gloss with comfortable wear.
Usage: Color cosmetic emulsions or solutions such as mascaras, eyeliners, eye shadows and foundations.
Mixing method:
- Add to the aqueous/emulsion phase with moderate shear. Avoid freezing and excessive electrolytes that can destabilize latex systems.
- For emulsions, post‑adjust pH near neutral as needed; confirm with system testing.
- Verify pigment/surfactant compatibility; allow full film formation during drying.
Usage rate: 5–70%
Product characteristics: White emulsion (anionic latex)
Solubility: Aqueous emulsion; dispersible in water
Storage: 12 months from shipment in sealed containers; store at 5–35°C. Protect from freezing.
