Product Description:
Used as a catalyst in coupling reactions such as Ullmann and Glaser reactions for forming carbon-carbon bonds in organic synthesis. Employed in the preparation of luminescent materials and semiconductors due to its optical and electronic properties. Acts as a bromine source in controlled bromination reactions. Applied in photoredox catalysis and in the development of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Also utilized in electroplating processes and as a reagent in analytical chemistry for detecting specific metal ions.
