Product Description:
Used as an anti-reflective coating in optical devices such as lenses and windows due to its low refractive index and high transparency in ultraviolet and infrared ranges. Commonly applied in photolithography and excimer lasers for semiconductor manufacturing. Serves as a durable protective layer on optical components exposed to harsh environments. Also used in the production of magnesium and fluorine through electrolysis. Employed in metallurgy as a flux to lower melting temperatures and remove impurities.
