Product Description:
Used in food processing as an emulsifier and thickening agent, particularly in processed cheeses to improve texture and melting properties. Acts as a dispersing agent in industrial applications to prevent clumping of particles in suspensions. Also found in some dental products to control tartar by binding calcium in saliva.
