PEG-7M (e.q. WSR-N750)
High molecular weight polymer for thickening and foam enhancement in cleansing products. Creates rich, stable foam and smooth skin feel.
PEG-7M is a water-soluble nonionic polyethylene oxide polymer used as a rheology modifier and foam booster in cosmetic formulations.
This high molecular weight polymer provides exceptional thickening properties while maintaining clarity in aqueous systems. PEG-7M enhances foam quality and stability in cleansing products, creating a rich, creamy lather that improves the sensory experience. Its film-forming properties help create a smooth, silky feel on the skin.
PEG-7M is particularly effective in shampoos, body washes, and facial cleansers where it acts as a foam stabilizer and viscosity builder. It is equivalent to WSR-N750 grade and offers excellent compatibility with both anionic and amphoteric surfactant systems.
Usage: Shampoos, body washes, facial cleansers, liquid soaps, foam baths, shower gels
