Part Oil:

Coco-caprylate/caprate 8% (other oils can be used instead)

OccluSoft™ 3% (acts as an emulsifier, if used too much it will prevent water droplets from forming, if used too little it will be unstable)

Water part:

Water to 100%

Magnesium Sulfate 0.5%

Disodium EDTA 0.1%

Propylene Glycol 2%

Microcare PHC 1%

Mix the Oil parts together.

Mix the water ingredients together.

While blending the Oil portion, slowly add the Water portion, a little at a time, until it is all added. Do not add it all at once.

Application: As a coagulant for water, oil and silicone in water-in-oil / water-in-silicone systems.

How to mix: Mix in oil until well blended, then gradually add water to oil (if you have oil, mix the oil into oil mixture first, then mix water together). When adding water to the recipe, gradually add a little at a time and blend at low speed. Do not blend at high speed. Do not use a homogenizer.

Usage rate: 1-5% (Too low a usage rate may cause the formula to clump together, higher usage rate will make the formula more liquid)

Product Description: Light colored liquid

Dissolving: Can be dispersed in oil or silicone.

Storage: Can be stored at room temperature, but close the bottle tightly and keep away from sunlight or heat. The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years.
