Avobenzone or Butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane is an organic sunscreen or chemical sunscreen that can protect against UVA in the wave frequency range from 320-390nm, which completely covers UVA I / UVA II.

Ethyl Ferulate is Ferulic Acid in Ester form, which is oil soluble and has antioxidant properties similar to Ferulic Acid. It is commonly used in sunscreen formulations because it can act as an antioxidant and reduce UV-induced erythema. 

Its high stability even when exposed to UV light makes it more effective than many sunscreens that are light-stable, such as Avobenzone.
