How to dissolve and neutralize:

1. neutralize too AMP

To dissolve with water + AMP at the rate AMP 1: Strong Hair Styler 3

20g water

AMP 1 gram

Strong Hair Styler 3g

By mixing water with AMP first, when dissolved, then gradually add Strong Hair Styler while blending continuously.

2. also neutralize triethanolamine (TEA)

To dissolve with water + triethanolamine (TEA) at the rate TEA 1: Strong Hair Styler 3.4

Strong Hair Styler 3.4g.

By mixing water with TEA first, once dissolved, gradually add Strong Hair Styler while blending continuously
