Basic Red 51 (Basic Dyes)
Semi Permanent color for shampoo or conditioner formulas to change hair color.
- The color will gradually stick to the hair more and more. When used more times
- in conditioner formula Will give better and faster results than in shampoo formulas.
- Not suitable for use with surfactant or detergent. The group is negatively charged (anionic) because of this type of pigment. It has the characteristics of a positive charge. Therefore, you should choose to use a non-ionic detergent such as Lauryl Glucoside , Coco Glucoside or an amphoteric group such as Coco-Foam™.
- In the formula, avoid all types of elements that are salt or electrolyte which will affect the longevity of the hair color.
- The formula should use ColorFix™ at 0.6% for hair color shampoo or use ColorFix™ at 5% for conditioner or hair color treatment to help color. Sticks to the hair better. And the color sticks tightly and lasts longer.
- Color adhesion on the hair will be better when the formula is more alkaline. Because it will help open the hair scales. Makes the color stick to the hair better. But the pH cannot be adjusted beyond 9 because it will cause this type of color to decompose. Therefore, it is recommended to adjust the pH to 9.
