How to mix:

- Add to oil phase and heat to 80-85°C for optimal emulsification

- Alternatively, can be added to water phase when oil content is low (below 10%)

- Emulsify using high-shear homogenizer or rotor-stator for best results

- Cool gradually to 50°C with moderate stirring to develop liquid crystal structure

- For faster processing, cooling can be accelerated using a cold water bath after 50°C

Usage rate: 1-3% (typical), up to 5% for richer textures or higher oil content formulations

Product Description: White to pearl-colored solid pearls/flakes with no odor. Forms ultra-white, glossy emulsions with a soft, light skin feel and matte finish.

Solubility: Soluble in oil phase at elevated temperatures (80-85°C). Forms liquid crystal structures when properly emulsified with water.
