12H Fix™ is a completely odorless fixative, so it won't interfere with your fragrance. It is used to extend the lifespan of perfume and is more effective than many other fixatives. For use, heat-dissolve it first in LipidSoft™ Lite or another compatible polar oil, then incorporate the dissolved concentrate into the fragrance formulation. The fragrance oil itself does not need to be heated.

Instructions for use in perfume formulations (usage rate 1-3%).

Dissolve 12H Fix™ in LipidSoft™ Lite or another compatible polar oil such as LipidSoft™ C1215, LipidSoft™ CC, or LipidSoft™ Palm. Use the oil at approximately 2-3 times the 12H Fix™ level to help dissolution (for example, for 1% 12H Fix™, use at least 2-3% compatible polar oil). Heat only this oil/fixative premix to 60-70°C until completely dissolved. After it is uniform, blend this concentrate into the fragrance oil or fragrance formulation without heating the fragrance itself, then add to the main formula. For alcohol-based perfume, dissolve 12H Fix™ in a compatible polar oil first, then add the dissolved concentrate to the alcohol phase while mixing.

Examples of using fragrance fixatives in various products:

- For body lotion: If the perfume already has a long-lasting scent, use Flora Fix™ to help the fragrance last longer while also moisturizing the skin. If the fragrance doesn't last long enough, use 12H Fix™ at a rate of 1-3%, depending on the desired scent lengthening.

- EDT (Eau de Parfum): For maximum scent longevity, use 12H Fix™ ; for medium longevity, use Musk Fix™ or Sugar Fix™.

Usage: Can be used with all types of fragrances, whether natural (Natural Essential Oils) or chemical (Fragrance Oils).

Mixing instructions: Pre-dissolve 12H Fix™ in LipidSoft™ Lite or another compatible polar oil such as LipidSoft™ C1215, LipidSoft™ CC, or LipidSoft™ Palm with heat, then add the dissolved concentrate into the fragrance or main formula. The fragrance oil itself does not need to be heated unless the formula requires heat for another reason.

Usage rate: 1-3% depending on the desired effectiveness. The maximum usage rate limit also depends on solubility (please check the solubility instructions above).

The suggested rates are as follows for each product type.

12H Fix™ fragrance spray: 1% fragrance, 25-30% alcohol, and the remaining ingredients to make 100%.

12H Fix™ Perfumed Lotion 2-3%, Perfume 10%, Base Lotion, the remaining amount must be 100%.

Product characteristics: White powder , completely odorless, so it will not affect the fragrance of your perfume.

Solubility: Dissolves when heated in compatible polar oils such as LipidSoft™ Lite, LipidSoft™ C1215, LipidSoft™ CC, or LipidSoft™ Palm. Use the dissolved oil concentrate to incorporate 12H Fix™ into fragrance formulations without heating the fragrance oil itself.

Storage: For long-term storage, keep at room temperature. Shelf life is at least 2 years.
