ReadyMix™ Beige Iron Oxides (Isononyl Isononanoate Based) is a ready-dispersed beige iron oxide concentrate designed for complexion makeup systems that need faster shade development, consistent undertone control, and easier pigment handling than separately adding dry yellow, red, and black iron oxides.

The dispersion is built on an ester carrier system based on ISONONYL ISONONANOATE, supported by POLYHYDROXYSTEARIC ACID and ISOPROPYL TITANIUM TRIISOSTEARATE, so the pigment package is pre-wet and easier to incorporate into oil-continuous formulas.

The yellow:red:black balance is fixed to a benchmark beige tone, which helps formulators reproduce nude / beige shades more consistently during bench work, shade extension, and scale-up while lowering agglomeration risk compared with direct dry-pigment addition.

Product Description: ReadyMix™ Beige Iron Oxides (Isononyl Isononanoate Based) is supplied as a beige paste / viscous dispersion for use as a colorant concentrate rather than a treatment active. It is particularly suitable for oil-rich and ester-rich complexion systems where uniform rub-out, controlled undertone, and reproducible batch-to-batch color development are important. The ester carrier gives a lighter, more blendable oil-phase profile than heavier castor-based systems, making this format suitable for liquid foundation, concealer, tinted sunscreen, cream makeup, and anhydrous complexion products.

Usage: Suitable for liquid foundation, cream foundation, concealer, tinted sunscreen, tone-correcting concentrates, cream makeup, and anhydrous complexion products that require a beige or warm-nude pigment adjustment.

Mixing method:

- Add to the oil phase or ester phase before emulsification for W/O, anhydrous, and other oil-continuous systems. Pre-dilution with part of the liquid oils or esters can help distribute the paste more quickly in high-viscosity bases.

- For shade adjustment of an existing bulk, post-add gradually under moderate shear until the tone is fully uniform, then re-check color after deaeration or overnight equilibration.

- Avoid introducing water directly into the concentrate container, and avoid unnecessary prolonged high heat. Always confirm final shade, viscosity, and physical stability in the finished formula.

Usage rate: 0.1-10%

Lower levels are suitable for undertone correction and small beige adjustments, while higher levels are used when the dispersion contributes a larger share of the finished pigment package and higher coverage is required.

Product characteristics: Beige paste / viscous dispersion with low odor.

Solubility: Insoluble in water; designed to disperse in cosmetic oils and esters, and to be incorporated through the oil phase of emulsions and anhydrous systems.

Storage: Store tightly closed at room temperature, protected from contamination, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. Mix before use if slight settling appears during storage.
