Beta-Alanine
Beta-alanine is a type of amino acid which is an important component of carnosine synthesis in the body. The more beta-alanine the body receives, the more it synthesizes. more carnosine
Beta-alanine is an amino acid which is an essential component of carnosine synthesis in the body. The more beta-alanine the body receives, the more it synthesizes. Carnosine acts to balance the acid-base balance within the muscles, allowing the muscles to still function more efficiently.
Studies have shown that when the body's levels of carnosine higher (due to the addition of Beta-alanine) will make exercise more effective, muscles more resistant to training and more responsive to training.
