Silicone film helps coat all types of make-up, long-lasting, waterproof, and doesn't lose make-up texture when touched (it doesn't fall off when rubbed / it doesn't fall off when kissed).

Powder type, low viscosity. When melted, the texture is light. Suitable for use in foundation formulas that are long lasting. But it's also comfortable on the skin, suitable for use in lip formulas that want to emphasize lip comfort and longevity.
