Procedure: Use heat, warm and blend.

Mixing method: mix in water Using heat of 80 degrees to help dissolve. If the formula contains Butylene Glycol, it is recommended to mix with Butylene Glycol by heating 70-80 degrees. It will be easier to dissolve than mixing with water.
