This product is a flavoring ingredient only. Sweetness, acidity, color, mouthfeel, and final taste balance should be adjusted separately with the appropriate sweetener, acidulant, base, or other formula components.
Usage: Use in oil-containing formulas that need aroma or flavor direction, including fat-based fillings, chocolate or confectionery coatings, bakery oils, lip products, and compatible food systems.
Mixing method: Mix into the oil phase until uniform. For heated processes, add as late as practical and verify aroma retention in the finished product.
