Make Up Fixer (Polyester-5 Solution) is a water-soluble film forming agent in liquid form. Ready to dissolve in water
Developed specifically for use as a Make Up Fixer.

Make Up Fixer 10-20%
Glycerin 5% (if not included in the formula, when dry, stains will occur)
Mild Preserved Eco 1% (acts as a preservative)
The rest is 100% water.
Usage: Can be used in any product. that needs waterproofing
Mixing method: Mix in water.
Usage rate: 1-50% (select water protection level as desired)
Product appearance: light color clear liquid
Solubility: Can dissolve in water
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature. But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely protected from sunlight or heat. The product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
