ActiveProtec™ UV is a combination of UV and anti-oxidant agents in a micellar form that is directly soluble in water, making it ideal for maintaining the stability of water-based formulations and making it convenient to use.

ActiveProtec™ UV is a combination of three UV agents: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane and Ethylhexyl Salicylate. It works in a broad-spectrum manner, covering the entire UV wavelength, to provide the best possible protection for the ingredients in the formula.
ActiveProtec™ UV contains Vitamin E, Tocopheryl Acetate, which acts as a powerful antioxidant that helps fight free radicals that are created by the ingredients in the formula.
The company sells substances that help protect formula ingredients from deterioration, as follows:
1. Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) can help protect ingredients from deterioration due to oxidation (free radicals). Advantages : The substance (Vitamin E) itself has a long life. Disadvantages : Its efficiency is lower than other types.
2. Vitamin E (dl-alpha Tocopherol) can help protect ingredients from deterioration due to oxidation (free radicals). Advantages : The substance (Vitamin E) itself has a shorter lifespan than other types. Disadvantages : Moderate efficiency, higher than Tocopheryl Acetate type of Vitamin E.

4. Protec™ OX can help protect ingredients from deterioration due to oxidation (free radicals). Advantages : Highest efficiency. Disadvantages : It is a synthetic chemical (not naturally occurring like 1,2,3).
5. Protec™ UV can help protect ingredients from deterioration due to UV light. Advantages : Highest efficiency. Disadvantages : It is a synthetic chemical.
6. Protec™ SQ can help protect ingredients by acting as a single state quencher, reducing oxidation in the formula. Advantages : Effective. Disadvantages : Dark yellow color.
7. ActiveProtec™ UV protects formulas from UV and is water soluble, making it easy to use. Add to water formula and blend until dissolved. Ideal for products that require clear bottles.
8. ActiveProtec™ OX helps protect the formula from Oxidation . It is directly water soluble, so it is easy to use. Add it to the water formula and stir until it dissolves immediately. It is suitable for formulas that have a problem with discoloration, especially whitening formulas.
Usage: For use in any formula that requires protection from deterioration caused by free radicals and UV light.
Mixing method: Mix in water, can be dissolved at room temperature (use a blender) or can accelerate the dissolving at 50-60 degrees, it will help dissolve easily and faster.
Usage rate: 0.5-4.0% (recommended 1-2%)
Product characteristics: Clear-light yellow liquid
Dissolving: Can be dissolved in water. Can use heat to help dissolve not more than 60 degrees, it will help dissolve into water faster.
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature, but close the bottle tightly and keep away from sunlight or heat. The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years.
