Creamy binder (emulsifier) and thickener (thickener) that do not require heat. Can be used in the pH range between 2.5-11 and can contain up to 10% oil. Easy to use, just mix in oil-phase if there is oil-phase or can be mixed in water-phase if there is no oil-phase ( which will act as a thickener)
