Sepimax Zen - Highly salt/pH tolerant thickener / emulsion stabilizer.
Use: as a thickener to create a gel texture to the water portion
How to mix: Mix in water (water-phase) by sprinkling the powder over the liquid to increase the viscosity. Blend until you get a gel texture.
Utilization rate: 0.5-2%
Product characteristics: white powder, light weight
Solubility: can dissolve in water
Storage: can be stored at room temperature But close the bottle cap tightly. and completely covered from sunlight or heat
