emulPearl™ (Glycol Distearate) creates a pearlescent and lustrous effect in creams and lotions.
Usage: For creating a pearlescent and glossy finish on all types of products.
Mixing method: Mix in the oil phase or emulsifier (any type of detergent) using heat at 60-80 degrees Celsius until dissolved and thoroughly mixed in the oil phase.
Usage rate: 0.5-3% (Choose according to the desired level of gloss)
Product characteristics: White or light yellow flakes.
Solubility: Dissolves in oil using heat up to approximately 65 degrees Celsius.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from sunlight or heat. The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years.
